Betting is entertainment, not a livelihood. Bajiwa wants you to play in a healthy, mindful way. On this page, learn how to protect yourself, set limits, and get help when you need it.
At Bajiwa, we believe betting should be a form of entertainment — just like watching a film or playing cricket. Responsible Gambling It means betting within your means and knowing your limits, so it never has a negative impact on your family, finances, or mental health.
Every player's experience is different. Some place small bets once a week for fun; others join in on the occasional big match. Both are perfectly normal, as long as it's done with a plan. But when betting starts to feel like a compulsion — when you find yourself chasing losses and wanting to bet more and more — that's a sign it's time to take caution seriously.
Bajiwa is more than just a betting platform — we want every member to stay healthy and happy. That's why we've built a range of tools and support systems to help you play mindfully and in control.
Bajiwa's Responsible gambling Our policy is built in line with the guidelines of international gaming regulatory bodies. Your protection is our first responsibility.
Betting addiction is a real problem affecting many people across Bangladesh and around the world. Without timely awareness, it can lead to financial hardship, broken family relationships, and serious mental health issues. Bajiwa's Responsible gambling policy is designed to reduce these risks.

Bajiwa has built a set of effective tools to make responsible play easy — completely free of charge.
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, it cannot be increased easily.
Betting will automatically stop once you reach a set loss amount — helping you limit financial damage.
Decide in advance how long you'll play. The system will notify you when your time is up.
Take a break for a set period — anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. Betting will be completely disabled during this time.
If you need a longer break, you can suspend your account for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.
After a set period, the system will remind you how long you've been playing and how much you've lost in total.
Log in to your Bajiwa account to access these tools and Account Settings → Responsible Gambling Go to the option. Our support team is always ready to help with anything you need.
Decide in advance how much you're willing to spend on betting each month — and never go over that limit.
Wins and losses are both part of betting. Only bet money you can afford to lose without it affecting your life.
Don't make betting decisions when you're angry, upset, or under the influence — the chances of making poor choices are much higher.
If you've been playing for a long stretch, take a break. Go for a walk, drink some water, or chat with family.
Once you've hit a set win amount, stop betting for the day — resist the urge to push further.
Don't treat betting as a source of income. It's entertainment, not an investment.
Keep other activities in your life too — reading, sports, or spending time with friends.
If you feel things are getting out of hand, reach out honestly to Bajiwa Support or someone in your family.
